Using the Tool
There are two ways to use the tool; either 'Quick Selection' or 'Guided Selection'.
A. Quick Selection
You are familiar with ceramic bodies and you already know the type of body you need for your production method.
Enter the desired properties into the four selection areas: - specify first if you are looking for ceramic bodies for raku firing - if not, select a range of temperatures with the sliders (each bar represents 20 degrees) - select the chamotte grain size and content that is right for your method - choose a selection of colours and whether you require a spotted finish.
B. Guided Selection
You’re unsure how the technical properties of the ceramic body will affect your end-product.
Answer six simple questions and let us show you which products would best suit you. You can select multiple boxes if you would like to keep your options broad.
